KHH is a leading hospitality company specializing in fine Indian cuisine and other services for the Indian-American community that was founded in 1991 by its principal, Darshan (“David”) Shah. KHH Group has a project to acquisition and renovation of the former Cederbrook Country Club, a one-of-a–kind country club facility located in Old Brookville, NY (the “Property”), one of the most prestigious areas in Long Island. The Property has an existing 6,658 yard championship designed 18-hole regulation length golf course and will be re positioned into Class A club with exceptional amenities targeted to the Indian-American community .The acquisition and re-positioning of the Cedar brook Country Club, which will be renamed Club I (the “Club” or “Club I”), will allow management to capitalize on its extensive experience in catering to local and international high-net worth and business clientage and leverage the purchasing power of the South-Asian community in the New York tri-state area by creating a venue that directly fulfills multiple needs.
