He managed his first restaurant at the age of 17 While attending College. Prior to designing and opening the award winning ada Restaurant in New York City, Shah was instrumental in the day-to-day management of Akbar Restaurant in New York City. A successful financier. Darshan owned and operated his own financial consulting firm for 14 years. On a mission to subvert stereotypes about Indian cuisine and fine dining, Darshan is confident in his ability to satisfy the most discerning dinner. Not only did Shah successfully manage to subvert stereotypes, ada has been the only Indian Restaurant in the World to be the recipient of the coveted “Five Star Diamond Award” for five of the eight years that ada existed. Ada Inflight Catering Won the international catering contract for Jet Airways, among others. Shah has also been awarded the management of the food Service facilities for American University of Antigua. Shah’s food and restaurant credentials are exceptional.

The Corporate and International Trade law experience has been enriched while dealing with various kinds of investment laws and drafting of the corporate agreements keeping in view those specific law requirements.
