Mr. Darshan Shah- CEO & President

Darshan brings with him an history of excellence in any endeavor he has undertaken. Darshan had been a resident of New York since year 1972 when his family moved to U.S.A. from India. As founder of Advanced-Immigration, Darshan intends to take proceeds From EB-5 investors and launch three companies. Earth Ovens, a fast casual dining restaurant with Indian influence. This will not only be a food company but a real estate company.

The Club”I” a country club designed to cater to the Indian community.Beginning from New York, Club “I” will be poised for further expansion six other states.

Our Signature Brand “adä” will be housed in a unique chain of hotels called Panache. Panache group of hotels will be a concept catering to the elite, paying attention to every detail, which at one time existed in the hospitality industry. Finally, Darshan has foreseen his need for staffing all of the above concepts. Darshan is already in the process of acquiring a hospitality college and resort in Southern India. Again, true to form this will be the first of his kind providing complete articulation to prestigious institutions such as Cornell, CIA, Johnson and Wales.

Mr. Steven E. Perlman- U.S. Attorney

He is our U.S. Attorney who has been in private law practice since 1990 focusing on corporate and professional immigration. He received a B.A. from Columbia University, M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy of Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law.

Mr. Khagendra Chhetry- U.S. Attorney

Khagendra Gharti-Chhetry, the founding partner of Chhetry & Associates P.C. has been practicing law since 1987. He has extensive experience in immigration law matters, including litigation, divorce, business law, real-estate and bankruptcy. Mr. Chhetry is admitted to practice before the courts in the State of New York, United State District Courts for Southern and Eastern Districts,and before the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of several prestigious legal organizations, including American Bar Association, New York Bar Association, Nepal Bar Association, Indo-American Lawyers Association. He is also the President of Columbia – University Alumni Association’s Nepal Chapter. Mr. Chhetry is the author of articles “Right of Self-Defense under the United Nations Charter” and “Juvenile Court—A Necessity in Nepal.” Mr. Chhetry received his J.D. from Fordham University, School of Law and his LL.M from Columbia University, School of Law, in New York City.

Mr. David Dhillon- U.S. Consultant

Mr. Dhillon is considered one of the foremost experts on the EB-5 Immigration Visa program. As an accomplished researcher, analyst and professional David has assisted many entrepreneurs in receiving Regional Center designation and subsequent approval of the specific projects that are developed and put into operation through the Regional Center mechanism. Mrs. Pallavi Parmar- Indian Attorney

Pallavi Parmar is an Indian Counsel based in New Delhi who had been in private legal practice since year 2000 primarily in Corporate Advisory and litigation sector. She had been associated with the European Economic Chamber of Commerce India, Office. She has obtained her Law Graduation Degree (LLB) from Campus Law center, Law faculty, Delhi University and PG Diploma in Trade and Business Laws from Indian Society of International law. Ms. Parmar is an experienced lawyer in Supreme Court of India including all courts in Delhi. Her corporate experience had been in the fields of general Civil and Corporate law, Banking laws, insurance laws, securities law and project finance. The Corporate and International Trade law experience has been enriched while dealing with various kinds of investment laws and drafting of the corporate agreements keeping in view those specific law requirements. Also, She advises Indian clients on EB5 for their specific requirements and manages the Field Support Center in India.

Mr.Neeraj is a highly motivated individual whose experience as and educator and real estate professional, Neeraj is an individual with the versatility, creativity, drive and desire that enhances any organization.

* Indians making a beeline for EB-5 visa to get Green Card:

Interest is increasing in India for the EB-5 visa program, which gives a Green Card for the applicant and his immediate family members, for investing a minimum of $500,000 in a USCIS approved project in the United States. There’s been a 25% increase in 2016, over the previous year’s number of applicants for EB-5 visa, according to data from the US State Department.
